Vincentia Community Forum

The Vincentia Community Forum (VCF) is the Accredited Community Forum (ACF) for Vincentia under Shoalhaven City Council’s ACF Policy and Operating Model.

We provide a clear, accessible channel for residents to stay informed about local issues, planning matters and community initiatives, and to communicate community views to Council and other authorities.

VCF was formerly the Vincentia Residents & Ratepayers Association (VRRA). Our current name reflects our broader, community-wide focus.

Our purpose

  • Provide reliable information on local issues affecting Vincentia
  • Support community participation in planning and decision-making
  • Share updates from Council, agencies and community organisations
  • Strengthen connections between residents, businesses and visitors
  • Promote the protection and enjoyment of Vincentia’s natural environment

Our approach

VCF is non-partisan and community-focused. We do not campaign on behalf of other organisations, but we share information when it is relevant to Vincentia residents. Our communication emphasises clarity, accuracy and respect.

How we work

  • Regular updates through posts and newsletters
  • Clear summaries of development applications and planning matters
  • Collaboration with local groups where community interests align
  • A commitment to factual and accessible communication

Meetings
